The SteelCore Typhoon is a rotating rope climber. Its spinning rope frame carries hanging climbing panels and rubber climbing spheres, so children climb and balance while the whole structure turns.
It is part of BDI's SteelCore rope systems, made in Alberta and built to CSA Z614. SteelCore rope has a steel core inside a nylon cover. The line is designed to last over 20 years, and nets are made in sections so a damaged part can be replaced on its own.
