The Cadence is a 13-note outdoor marimba with wide, coated fiberglass keys that sound like wood without the upkeep. Its tone is deep and warm, in the bass and tenor range, so it makes a good low voice under brighter instruments.
The resonator base is made from reinforced recycled plastic, which keeps it rugged outdoors and gives the notes their volume.
