The Bossa Nova Drums are tall outdoor hand drums based on the Brazilian timbau. They are played with the hands, with no mallets to lose, and give a deep, punchy percussive tone.
The bodies are heavy-gauge powder-coated steel and fully weatherproof, and the synthetic caps can be replaced. The drums come in three heights, with the tallest playing lowest, and they anchor the Renaissance Ensemble.
