9/32" Hammerlock

The SP541 is a 9/32" galvanized hammerlock, the connector that joins swing chain to a hanger, a swing seat or other chain hardware. It locks closed once installed, and the galvanized finish resists rust outdoors. Hammerlocks wear at the contact points over years of swinging, so they are checked and replaced as part of a playground inspection. It is supplied by Blue Imp of Medicine Hat, Alberta.
