Fernie Annex Park

Annex Park in Fernie, British Columbia, is a natural play space made almost entirely from cedar logs, built by BDI Play Designs for the City of Fernie in 2023. The CedarScape pieces include a 10-foot log swing frame, a log jam, a log cabin, a teepee, a TimberCube, vault planks, a vertical log path, a balance beam and log steppers. BDI also built an amphitheatre outdoor classroom with three rock terraces and a presentation area, gravel pathways, a picnic area, sod and site furniture. The City of Fernie, e-know.ca and The Free Press covered the park. See our Cranbrook and Kootenays playground equipment page.
